A social worker determined to enforce social distancing rules has devised a clever plan to figure out if people are standing too close.

Mindy Vincent, a clinical social worker and therapist, last week unveiled what she’s dubbed #ProjectPenisMask. Its purpose? To remind strangers that they need to maintain a 6-foot distance.
Vincent posted a photo of herself on Twitter wearing a coronavirus-fighting face mask that—from a distance—looks as though there’s a cute floral pattern on it.
Upon closer inspection, however, one can see the mask has penises all over it.
“Behold! My masks have arrived!” she tweeted. “I wore this to Walmart and petco today. When someone tells me my mask has penises on it, I will kindly let them know this is how I determine they are too close, kindly back the fuck up.”
Her post has now gone viral.
In a vlog post on Facebook, Vincent said that she originally bought the masks for herself and colleagues at the Utah Harm Reduction Coalition.
Vincent said she ordered the masks from a manufacturer in China and thought it would be a fun way to maintain her health, and that of her staff and the people they serve. Plus, she said, the penis masks were the ones to reach the U.S. the fastest.
Vincent has decided to make and sell the penis masks for $20, with all proceeds going to the nonprofit. (She’s already sold out.)
“So many people just don’t have a very good sense of humour these days,” Vincent says in her video. “I just love that there are at least 150,000 people in the world that would be willing to wear d*cks on their face out in public.”
