The first-ever Pornhub Awards kicked off with a bang Thursday in Los Angeles thanks to a guest appearance from Kanye West. The controversial-yet-beloved rapper made a surprise appearance, performing alongside his G.O.O.D. Music artist Teyana Taylor.

According to Vanity Fair, West worked behind the scenes with the awards as its co-creative director, working with longtime collaborator Willo Perron on the project. Their involvement encompassed every detail of the show, from its beautiful stage design to the award statuettes themselves. From design to the random fashion show, West’s imprint was all over the evening.
You can see the awards West designed in the tweet below. According to a release from the awards, “Kanye has designed a bespoke erotica-inspired award statue for each of tonight’s unique categories. In line with the futurist theme, the award statues represent imagined alien sex toys.”

As if performing, directing, and designing, the awards weren’t enough, viewers were also treated to new music. West also debuted the video for his new single “I Love It” featuring Lil Pump during the award show. Helmed by legendary music video director Spike Jones, the video comes just days after Lil Pump informed fans he’d be going to jail for a parole violation.
The event itself featured data-sourced winners in categories like “top fetish performer” and “most popular male pornstar.”
